Russian criminal ideology in Chechnya has no end. Russia's Kremlin officials including Ramzan Kadyrov made the impossible. They have made a state of slaves in the 21st Century.

Russian poorness and hungriness is brought on the streets of Chechnya. For the month of Ramadan, Russian puppets raised price of food (any). In addition, price of cloths went up doubling the impossibility to get them.
