One more Russian colonel named Albert Sijaev was eliminated in Ingushetia earlier. He was shot in Baksanskiy district of rebellious Ingushetia. Sijaev was known as so-called 'Russian anti-criminal' and as some citizens in Ingishetia state, he had the right to brake into any house and kidnap anyone he put on his blacklist.

A week earlier it was Yuri Budanov who was shot in Moscow. A Russian colonel who was known as pedophile for kidnapping, raping and murdering of 17 year-old Elza Kungaeva.
