As far as we know, Ramzan Kadyrov is disappointed because his name doesn't appear on the list of invited to the World Chechen Congress.

With all respect, there is no need to call Ramzan Kadyrov and ask him to come to Poland if Russian side is already presenting. Russian puppet doesn't represent anything if not the side of Chechen betrayers and Chechen murders. Or, he might represent the Russian side or the Kremlin side, but people that will represent Russia are already called to the Congress.

According to all available sources, Premier of Ichkeria Zakayev and Ichkerian government is the only side that will represent the side of the Chechens. Because the talk will be holding with one of the most diplomatic politicians. Therefore, Ramzan Kadyrov has nothing to do with diplomacy. He can't just speak on behalf of himself without Russia's agreement and even if he would we all know how educated Russian puppets are.

So, the only suggestion to Ramzan Kadyrov if he really wants to participate on some of the intelligent meetings is to learn how to speak language properly. At least one!
