Vladimir Putin, Russian so-called "Prime-Minister", who became famous for committing genocide in Chechnya where over 150,000 of Chechens have been killed from 1999-present, is about to become President of Russia again. But now in a stronger sense. Now he isn't replacing Elcin who was very sick in 1999. This time Mr.Putin is switching Medvedev (some sources call him "puppet") who is young and intelligent.

Let's remember of times when Putin was about to leave before Medvedev was appointed. First of all, Mr.Putin made variety of laws that would take as much power as possible from the President and give it to the parliament. Of course, this would mean for Putin Vladimir to become so-called "Prime-Minister" and take over these laws.

Later on, it is important to state how in dangerous situation fell so-called "relationship" between the U.S. under Bush and Russia under Putin. It seemed as two super-powers were about to eat each other alive if not Medvedev who replaced Putin to calm down America. It was the period when Putin was an evil in the Western eyes.

The U.S. tried to "RELOAD" relations with Russia. It was Obama who believed in good relationships with Russia and political abilities of Medvedev to democratize Russia. Even this failed and nothing else could of been achieved from Russia in recent months.

So Mr.Putin's decision to come back and rule over Russia means he is the president of Russia and that only him is going to win next elections in 2012. Well, would Putin's return mean "crush" for Russia and "the collapse" of its states we will see in recent months. As far as we are aware, there are over 29 states in Russia willing to become independent. Mainly, Chechnya and then the entire North Caucasus will be liberated by the International Community.
