Western media reported about a successful raid of the Chechen Mujahideen on the Chechen capital of Grozny which included attacks on a puppets "parliament" and their "ministry of agriculture"

They also say: "A group of rebels were able to storm the building housing parliament, killing four Kadyrov's policemen and holding deputies. The brazen attack was a heavy blow to Kremlin hopes that stability was finally returning to Chechnya under Kadyrov's controversial leadership. (According to preliminary reports from Chechnya, 6 Kadyrov's policemen were killed and 17 wounded during the attack - KC).According to some other Chechen sources, over 20 of Kadyrov's people have been killed."

"It's a slap in the face for Ramzan Kadyrov", said Alexei Malashenko, an analyst at the Carnegie Centre. All Ramzan's claims of victory over rebels are worthless".

"The rebels have shown who is boss", said Alexei Vanchenko, an expert on the Caucasus.
