| Mamed Khalidov receives Polish citizenship |

Chechen champion was ought to sign national anthem and had to read main parts of Polish constitution. Polish media spread Mamed Khalidov's speech in TVs and Radio stations of Poland. Mamed Khalidov stated: “I’ve lived in Olsztyn from 1997. Here, I completed my education as well; I created a family and also have friends here. I am not going to change it. Olsztyn is a very beautiful city. However, at least now I can fight for the Polish national team.” Mamed Khalidov earlier was asked by Kadyrov to fight for pro-Russians in Chechnya where Khalidov afterwords refused and decided to continue his fights in Poland as free fighter-agent. Right now, being Polish citizen, Mamed Khalidov will participate for the national team of Poland.
