Ruslan Brovkin, Human Rights Activist, calls international court to punish Vladimir Putin for crimes Putin has made in Chechnya and in Russian Federation.

He says the following: 

 - Speaking Human Rights Activist, Ruslan Brovkin. I'm calling International Court to take Vladimir Putin and punish him for destructing of Chechen Nation and I blame him for killing of innocent Chechens.  So, I'm asking to take Vladimir Putin under International Court for crimes he has made against humanity and for killing Chechens being president of Russian Federation. Or, to open a case and to begin investigations. We know that International Court is been taking every dictator that worked against humanity and made crimes. We wish that International Court will make justifiable decision towards criminal and bloody killer for everything he has done in the Chechen Republic.  That's me, Ruslan Brovkin, Human Rights Activist.  Thanks for attention!
