That's why Aslan Maskhadov declared of Islamic state. Aslan also said that we all have to be patient. He said that we shouldn't scream out that are Democrats or Muslim, we have to keep it in ourselves. And people are asking me to say where I'm now. Well, I'm Muslim, Insha Allah! I live Islamic State and if it needs to, we will make new laws, or if it needs to, we will fight! But those who need this are our own people. And not even the West. If the West asked us what do we want, we would have respond. Or even Europe say nothing. It's all about ours who are mixing it all up. That's why I'm saying to those who are mixing our politics to stay away if you don't know how to rule the government! We already have people fighting under the name of Allah! But it doesn't mean at all that we can remove ChRI state! If someone would want to create Caucasus Imamat or Khalifat, they'll do it on their own - not from our names and not from Ichkeria. They are separate from then.
