 Once again from 16th to 18th of September, all Chechens in the World will unite to express their struggle for Freedom as in 1991 after USSR collapsed. Escalation of the armed resistance and violence over civilians in the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria gets more and more scale and radical character. Therefore, we are the Chechens, civilians of small land given to us by God, should be ready for that day, just one day, where our voice will be heard, Insha Allah. The Council of Europe in Resolution N1738 from 22.06.2010, once again specifies about increase of violence and gross infringements of human rights in the Caucasus region. In the report of the representative of Council of Europe Dika Marti, in convincing form toughening and increase in the numerous facts of crimes at political and religious soil are resulted and prove to be true. For the first time the Russian delegation under cargo of incontestable proofs has been compelled to admit the fact of growth of escalation of violence, and has voted for this Resolution of the Council of Europe that is equivalent to a recognition of the powerlessness to stop violence growth on Caucasus. The Russian-Chechen conflict has logically come in military-political deadlock. Furthermore, in this historical conflict between the Russian state and the Chechen people struggling for freedom, all people of the Caucasian region are involved. Without any doubt, the true purposes pursued by Russia is a desire to take under control Caucasian power resources for the sake of which Russia won't be afraid to apply any means of violence, despite of indignation from Europe and USA. We are assured that in the near future, with all evidence, considering an imperial politics of Russia in relation to the former Republics USSR, confrontations in the Caucasus region will outgrow in a global international problem, with involvement of world powers and military blocks. Hence, it is necessary to offer Ministerial council of European Union in the near future, to organize with Euro-Parliament Peace conference on the Russian-Chechen conflict, and on a situation in the Caucasus as a whole, with participation of the representatives of the Russian authorities, the Chechen power (Forces of Resistance), Council on Caucasus, OSCE and the Council of Europe of Euro-Parliament. On the Congress there will be reports, performances, documents, certificates, pictures and videos that will present crimes and aggression of the Russian power in the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
