 Mister President, we divide a decent choice of the Polish people which we connect with world and prosperity as to ourselves personally, and to the people as a whole, each separately taken citizen in any part of Poland. We believe, your Excellency that the Polish Government will continue a concern line of tragical events in the Chechen Republics of Ichkerias the same as your predecessors.
